Guidelines Week #1

H ere's a list of my first 3 guidelines:
1. I will participate in some form of exercising for 15 mins each day.
2. I will increase my water consumption and limit my pop consumption to 1 can a day.
3. I will regulate my sleep pattern by going to bed earlier and by obtaining 6-8yrs of sleep.
These guidelines might seem very insignificant, but there they will help me start to lay the foundation for bigger changes down the road. Wish me luck.
