Guidelines Week #2

New Nutrition Guideline: Eat 5 times each day (3 meals + 2 snacks). Spreading food intake throughout the day helps to maintain a more even blood sugar level & helps to suppress the appetite and makes over eating easier to deal with.

New Fitness Guideline: Follow physiotherapy program for my knee 2/day. This should help my knee recover and build up strength to prevent future injuries.

New Mental Health Guideline: Read for 15 mins/day. Hey its good for the imagination, entertaining and far better for me than T.V...... sooner or later I want to read "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlooser.
