Week #1 Results

W ell I had a good week. My weight dropped to 240.2 and my BF% went up to 34.5%, which is most likely the result of higher hydration levels due to all the water I've been drinking.
To be honest I wasn't really concerned about how well/not well I did on the scale this week...even before I stepped on it. This week wasn't about weight/fat-loss to me. The real concern was in establishing a solid foundation for bigger changes down the road and I think that I've done just that. Now I'm pumped and can hardly wait for the next week to start.
I'll report back very soon with my updated guidelines for the following week.
