Away for the weekend

Well I'm not expecting this week to turn out very well. Monday & Tuesday went according to plan.....but on Wednesday Sherri & traveled to Gander to visit her parents (I'm using their computer right now). The last few days have gone downhill in a hurry. Yesterday I had chocolate cake, 3 Smirnoff Ice (low carb ones at least), lots of bread, cheese, snacks etc......so I guess I'll just have to wait until Monday to see how badly I fared.
