At A Snails Pace

This week was far from perfection and the progress was slow.......not to mention in reverse. I gained .2 lbs which isn't too bad but there's plenty of room for improvement.

On the up side I did get a fair bit more exercise this week than I have in weeks past, but some unhealthy eating choices negated any benefit that might of shown up on the scale.

I have a very large gardening project on the go in our backyard which means a lot of my time will be spent outside getting some exercise. Hopefully the extra exercise and some smarter/healthier food choices will make this week more successful.

Gardening is a win-win thing for a dieter, good activity and good food. Hang in there, the pounds will come off.
