Day 790: Beat my record!

E ven before I stepped on the elliptical machine today I was determined to push my limits a bit.
I figured that I would kinda gauge things as I went along. The last thing I wanted to do was stress my knee too much or work out so hard that my muscles would be too exhausted to exercise the next day.
In the end my knee held up and I set a new personal record.
I exercised for 45 mins 05 secs & burned off 807 calories!
Today was my cheat meal day......Pizza......I only had 2 slices before I was full. In the past I would of had 4. On top of that I froze the leftovers, which I would of normally had the following day.
