Day 1702: Beat My Record -- Daily Steps & Calorie Burn

Today was a tough day. Between numerous errands, trying to complete my To-Do List, having unexpected (but VERY welcome) dinner guests it was a very busy day. Our guests suggested picking up a Pizza & Caesar Salad from the grocery store..... which wasn't the healthiest meal; especially after Sherri & I ate out the night before. To make the matters worse, our friend picked up Honey Garlic Chicken Wings b/c they were 1/2 off.

Determined to make the best of the day (and to recover from the extra calories consumed), I went on an extra long walk; which helped me beat a 2 previous records!

3362 – Jan.14th

# of Steps Taken in a Day:


6174 – Jan.16th

So, in the end it was a successful day after all.
