Dear Born Squishy,

I've been a regular visitor to your blog for well over a year now, and I have to say I think it's the cat's ass. I've struggled with my weight over the years. I've spent a lot of time pushing a mouse at the computer when I should of spent more time chasing a real one.

P.S: I've enclosed a photo of me during my couch potato days... thanks for the motivation.
