"When preparing to travel, lay out all your clothes and all your money. Then take half the clothes and twice the money." ~ Susan Heller
I have tons to talk about and I left this kinda late..... soooooo here's the condensed version:
1. I've hardly gotten any exercise this week so far.... but I plan to make up on it during the rest of the week..... see #3.
2. Early Friday morning I'm off to Ontario to visit my family for a week. I'm planning on making this a working vacation (I plan on getting LOTS of exercise) so I'm hoping I'll have even more success during this time than I would've at home.
3. Early Saturday morning Kevin (my brother) and I will be climbing the C.N Tower for the WWF charity event..... 1,776 steps (a total of 144 flights).
For those of you who watch The Biggest Loser, you'll remember a few episodes ago when the eliminated competitors where given a chance to win a spot back on the show. The contestants had to complete 1000 steps...... first one to 1000 won.
Melissa won the contest, completing the 1000 steps in 25 mins and 55 secs.
As I mentioned above the CN Tower Climb is 1776 steps, and my goal is to complete it in 30 mins or less. This seems like a pretty lofty goal after watching all of them struggle through the contest.... but I'm up for the challenge.
Wish me luck.
P.S: I should be posting a bit more once I arrive in Ontario..... and I'm even bringing my scale with me..... I know, I know..... I'm crazy.

This is so cool! I bet I would suck at it, but I would want to try it too. Let us know everything about it (and get to the top within 30 minutes!).
i shamefully must confess i took the elevator at the CN tower, but it was cool up there
Best of Luck. Its awesome that you are not only doing a charitable event..but also exercising in the process.
